Overview & Operation

The design of each furnace is customized based on thermal process requirements such as target temperature, production output, and part type. Continuous Mesh Belt Furnaces differ from batch-type systems in that materials are continuously conveyed through the furnace, either at a constant or stepwise pace, ensuring consistent heat treatment.

These furnaces are ideal for heating semi-finished products like slabs, billets, and blocks, making them suitable for hot forming or further heat treatment. The system’s ability to rapidly heat and cool enables it to meet stringent temperature-time profiles required for advanced steel grades.

Compared to batch furnaces, continuous systems deliver higher performance, improved throughput, and more consistent results.
